SMS
The SMS integration allows your organization to text messages to various phone numbers when key events in Perch happen.
Getting started
- Click here to go to SMS integration settings in the Perch app
- Toggle the events you would like to receive to the “on” (purple) position
- Click Add Recipient to add at least one phone number that will get the notification
- Repeat Step 3 as many times as needed (use the trash can to remove them, too)
- Click Save when you are ready to save your changes
NOTE: All international numbers must be prefixed with + and the country code. Example: +44 for the UK.
