How to Mirror Traffic on Meraki Switches

Configure Port Mirroring in the Meraki Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Switch > Monitor > Switch Ports
  2. Select the ports you wish to mirror and then select the Mirror button
  3. Next, select the destination port for the mirror session

Note:

This is the port the monitor interface (physical sensor) or spare interface (virtual sensor) is plugged into.

TIP:

Mirrors can be easily identified using the mirror column in the dashboard when looking at switch ports.
