Enforce Duo MFA for the entire organization

TIP:

You’ll need Admin or Owner level access to your Organization to enable this option.

Configure the application in the Duo dashboard

  1. Log in to the Duo administration portal.
  2. Navigate to Applications - Protect an Application.
  3. Select Web SDK and click Protect.
  4. Make note of the Integration key, Secret key, and API hostname.
  5. Adjust the policy settings as desired, name the application accordingly, then Save.

Configure Perch to enforce Duo MFA

  1. Log in to the Perch application.
  2. From the main menu, click on Settings.
  3. Select Security.
  4. Toggle the slider for “Enforce mandatory multi-factor authentication for all users” to On.
  5. Toggle the slider for “Use Duo Security multi-factor authentication”.
  6. Populate the Duo Integration Key, Duo Secret Key, and Duo API Hostname collected from the Duo Dashboard in the previous step.
  7. Click Save.
