If you are an MSP and plan to bring on many clients, our Onboarding process is as follows:

MSP > Install > SOC-O > 21DAY > RECURRING REVIEW - (Covering MSP)

NEW MSP CLIENT 1 > INSTALL > RECURRING REVIEW - (Covering MSP + CLIENT 1)

NEW MSP CLIENT 2 > INSTALL > RECURRING REVIEW - (Covering MSP + CLIENT 1 + CLIENT 2)

NEW MSP CLIENT 3 > INSTALL > RECURRING REVIEW - (Covering MSP + CLIENT 1 + CLIENT 2 + CLIENT 3)

If you request a new client to have a SOC Onboarding (app training) we are more than happy to do so on an as needed basis
