How to get around the Perch app

The main menu on the left side of the Perch app provides quick navigation links to main features:

If you don’t see the main menu, click on the Perchy icon on the top left to expand it.

• Home - Brings you back to the main page where you can get an overview of important information, such as the 5 most recent alerts that have been escalated and suppressed.
• Intelligence - Displays a list of alerts, escalations, and suppressions. You can also view sharing communities that you are a member of. This section also has an area to add your own indicators, search for observables, and view stats on the sensors you have set up.
• Marketplace - Download free, pre-configured dashboards, visualizations, and searches for Perchybana as well as event notifications.
• Perchybana - Your gateway to all the data. Use Discover to search through and analyze all data Perch has collected from your environment. Then you can visualize any data in a wide array of graphs and images then put them together in your own dashboard. Perchybana also lets you create reports and custom event notifications. • Metrics - Displays the health of your integrations and shows you where your clients are in the onboarding process with Perch.
• Help - Check out the Perch release notes and how-to steps for the application, including integration guides.
• Settings - Configure your alert contact settings, integrations, sensors, and more.

Clicking on the User button opens a menu where you can manage your settings:

• My Profile: Manage your user-specific settings, change display preferences, and manage your email settings.
• Help: Displays the Perch help documentation to help you learn more about Perch.
• Log Out: Logs you out of Perch.
